Together with our Culinary Director, Niek van Lieverloo, you set up the food concept of our new location. You determine the menu. Your working hours during the day are in general from 8.30 a.m. to 5 p.m. You work in a completely new kitchen every day! What chef wouldn’t want that?

The tasks include:
Preparing, preparing and passing on culinary high-quality dishes, such as high tea, lunches and drinks
Create your own menu
Developing new products
Guarantee, improve and continue quality
Thinking along and arranging events in the extra available space.
Actively participate in further professionalization and development
Securing the stock and the daily demand
Ensure a clean working environment

We expect you to:
Have a diploma of an education as an independent working cook
Have passion and ambition with your profession
Have a sense of craft
